Job summary

CPI AdamWorks in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking an entry-level manufacturing technician for the Paint and Assembly Departments to support the design and build of composite structures for aircraft, defense, and space.

You will learn mold preparation, paint, layup, and basic assembly, with training provided. Four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu, 6:00am-4:30pm) and an hourly rate of $22.00–$24.00 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Composite experience preferred. Training will be provided.
• Must be US Citizen (ITAR and DoD program requirements).
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Good written documentation and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and associated manufacturing plans or sketches
• Must be able to read from written instructions and follow verbal directions
• Pushing/pulling/lifting up to 30 pounds
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Work schedule is four 10 hour days, Mondays through Thursdays, 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm
• Hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

CPI AdamWorks in Centennial, Colorado, has a need for an entry-level manufacturing technician in our Paint and Assembly Departments. We design and build composite structures for aircraft, defense, and space and would love you to join our team!

Who We Are: CPI AdamWorks is a division of CPI Radant Technologies Division. They are located in Centennial, Colorado. Together, we are the radome-and-composite‐structures division of Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI). We are formally known as CPI Radant Technologies Division, and we serve the aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries by designing, manufacturing, testing and supporting advanced composite radomes, reflectors and structural composite products.

What We Do: Radomes are special “domes” made of composite materials that protect antennas and radar systems from the environment while allowing electromagnetic signals to pass. CPI Radant produces these for critical applications, meaning:

• They enable secure communications and radar/electronic-warfare capabilities for military and commercial aerospace platforms.
• Their manufacturing includes large apertures and high‐frequency performance.
• Their advances in composite manufacturing and large structures feed into modern aircraft, satellites, naval vessels, etc.
