Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in York is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping operations. You will weather-strip all material, prep material to run through wring wrapper, ensure items are clean and defect-free, and assist with scanning, tagging, and loading into wood cradles.

You'll work in a team, maintain a neat and organized workspace, and perform other duties as assigned. A High School Diploma or GED and basic computer and math skills are required, with the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Weather strip all material that is completed and ready to ship.
• Prep material to run through wring wrapper.
• Ensure material is clean and free from defects.
• Scan and tag all material to be shipped.
• Run wring wrapper.
• Load material into wood cradles after retrieving from wring wrapper.
• Keep area neat, clean, and organized.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
