Responsibilities

• Perform several assembly responsibilities in a cell; assemble and adjust complex components; label and package parts to meet customer requirements.
• Follow work procedures and maintain productivity and quality expectations.
• Set up and operate multiple assembly and packaging machines; master of one process.
• Troubleshoot assembly process problems and refer to the appropriate person when needed.
• Provide limited training to assemblers and contribute to 5S program in the work area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; report safety incidents to supervisor.
