Job summary

Nordson in Alabama is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler to join a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You will assemble components using fixtures, gauges, and equipment, following work instructions and manufacturing procedures to produce quality parts on schedule.

You will visually inspect components, maintain clean work areas, complete required documentation, and communicate any defects to supervisors. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing are preferred, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have math skills and the ability to read and write clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products in a timely manner, individually or with a team.
• Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions, Manufacturing Procedures and Job Instruction Sheets.
• Visually inspect components and finished products for quality and labeling accuracy.
• Complete required daily documentation, manual or electronic.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
