Dover Food Retail is seeking an Assembler I for the 1st shift at our site in South Chesterfield, Virginia. This on-site role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining assembly line machinery to build and inspect components as they move along the line.

As an entry-level position, it offers hands-on training with close supervision. Pay ranges reflect entry-level manufacturing work in Virginia and eligibility for performance-based commissions as described in our plan.

Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. A Support 1 is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Responsibilities typically include: Work is routine or follows standard procedures..
