Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a hands-on, part-time seasonal associate to assemble and stock indoor and outdoor products in a local home improvement store in Flagstaff.

You will lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, bring your own hand tools, and log shifts on a mobile device; the role includes early wage access and customizable benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Temporary, part-time work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with grills, patio furniture, or similar products preferred.
• Comfort working in a home improvement retail environment.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Capability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Smartphone or tablet to log work after each shift.
• Own hand tools (cordless drill, basic hand tools, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assembles indoor and outdoor products from grills to patio furniture inside the store.
• Stocks shelves and maintains product displays.
• Logs hours and activities on a mobile device.
