Job summary

Quanex is seeking an Assembler-Day Shift in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role involves routine assembly in a climate-controlled production area, with parts such as window balances, handle sets, and locks assembled on the line.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm. The position requires following instructions, operating equipment, and lifting up to 35 pounds while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Understand and follow written, visual, and verbal instructions
• Operate a computer to fulfill customer orders

• Perform assembly tasks while meeting production standards
• Responsible for adhering to all safety rules and quality standards
• Maintain a good attendance record
• Cross train in other departments as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Quanex is looking for an Assembler-Day Shift to join our team located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

This position performs routine assembly in a climate-controlled production environment. The parts produced in our facility include window balances, handle sets, and locks.

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm.
