Assembler Coordinator experience and educationaregreat to come into thisposition with. However,it’snotrequired, here at Wabash, we give you the training to become comfortable in anyAssembler Coordinatorposition. Upon receiving an offer letter from us,you’llundergo orientation and several days of training, preparing you for the production floor.

As anAssembler Coordinator, youare regularly required tostand, walk, lean, push, climb, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, handle andoperatetools or controls for the length of their entire shift. The employee needsfullrange of motion in their arms and hands in this position. AllAssembler Coordinator’smust be able to successfully communicate with fellow employees as well. SomeAssemblerCoordinatorsalso work in small spaces throughout their shiftandfrequentlylift and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus, along with good hand-eye coordination.
