Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation (DMC) in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assembly Technician to help build mechanical and electrical assemblies to exacting standards. The role emphasizes safe, efficient bench work and adherence to established processes.

You'll report to the manufacturing team, work on the second shift, and participate in a benefits-rich environment that values quality, teamwork, and continuous learning. A High School Diploma and 1 year in assembly are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
• Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision.
• Ability to concentrate and sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $20 - $29 per hour
