Job summary

Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls, located in Forest, Ohio, seeks an experienced assembler to work from engineering drawings, identify parts, and follow predetermined assembly sequences. The role involves assembling, fitting, filing, riveting, and inspecting components to meet quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of mechanical experience, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of experience preferred in a mechanical setting.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.
  • Basic algebra and geometry concepts apply to tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Work from assembly drawings, identify parts, and predetermined assembly sequence documentation.
  • Perform assembly, fitting, filing, reaming, riveting, crimping, swaging, adjusting and inspection.
  • Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned or salvaged units.
  • Detect defective or incorrect parts and request replacements.
  • Assist in Set-Up of Equipment.
  • Use a variety of light machines and tools such as spot welder, drill press, arbor press, oven, air and hydraulic presses and simple die sets, riveting machine as well as hand tools.
  • Use simple measuring gauges, scales, calipers, dial indicator, universal load testing fixture.
  • Report all unusual conditions to the Production Tech and/or Supervisor.
  • Participate as a team member and work to continually improve all aspects of our business.
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and work instructions.

Job description

Triumph Integrated Systems - Electronics and Controls, located in Forest, Ohio, is a leading independent aerospace supplier of mission critical thermal and fluid management products for commercial and military platforms. The company provides solutions utilized on aircraft, engine, advance weapons pods, cruise missiles, avionics & electronic systems.

Responsibilities
  • Work from assembly drawings, identify parts, and predetermined assembly sequence documentation
  • Perform assembly, fitting, filing, reaming, riveting, crimping, swarging, adjusting and inspection
  • Disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned or salvaged units
  • Detect defective or incorrect parts and request replacements

  • Intermediate computer skills.
