Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking candidates for a full-time first-shift position at the MAT/Sanborn Mfg. Springfield team. The role involves assembling mechanical parts for air compressors, with 4-10 hour workdays and overtime as needed. Healthcare, vacation, holidays, and 401k are included after a 60-day waiting period.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Training will be provided, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork is required.

Responsibilities

• Will assemble various mechanical and electro-mechanical parts or components of the air compressor to produce a quality product for the customer.
• Repetitive assembly and lifting of materials up to 40 lbs.
• Operate air tools, hoists, and hand tools as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality, attendance, and good work habits.
• Willing to work overtime and be flexible in the department.
• Work with a sense of urgency and as part of a team.
• Training will be provided.
