Pure Fishing in Mendota, IL is seeking an Assembler I to join our manufacturing team on the 5:00PM-3:00AM shift (Mon-Thu with occasional Fridays). You will help keep production running smoothly by assembling components, packaging finished goods, and supporting quality checks in a temperature-controlled indoor environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, good attendance, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Our Mendota Team is looking for an Assembler on the shift of: 5:00PM-3:00AM Monday-Thursday with the occasional Friday.

What will you do?

As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role keeps our operations moving, and you’ll be an essential part of bringing our products to life.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Packaging finished goods and checking for quality.
• Palletizing products like a pro.
• Keeping quality control standards top-notch.
• Performing physical tasks like lifting, twisting, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.).
• Following our safety warm-up program to stay injury-free!
