Job Description

Your work directly supports the completion of high-quality medical imaging systems used in hospitals worldwide. You will install magnets and secure components onto designated pallets according to detailed work instructions and specifications, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standards. You will perform in-process quality checks, monitor output for defects, and communicate any abnormalities promptly to maintain product integrity and compliance. You will operate production equipment safely while following established procedures, 6S practices, and environmental, health, and safety requirements. Forklift operation to support material movement is preferred. You will document daily production activities using basic computer systems, access digital work instructions, and collaborate with supervisors and teammates to continuously improve workflow and efficiency.

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) is a plus.

You have a High School Diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in Latham, New York is $15.00 to $23.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
