Assembler I

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Overview

As an Assembler I, you will perform assembly operations on a variety of mechanical components and systems. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. You will follow detailed work instructions, use a variety of tools, and ensure the quality and accuracy of each build.

Assembly experience is preferred, but not required — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components using hand and power tools according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
  • Perform basic assembly tasks, including sub‑assemblies, final assemblies, and testing procedures.
  • Follow written and visual work instructions accurately.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of completed work, ensuring proper alignment, torque, and fit.
  • Operate hoists, lifts, or mechanical devices to safely position parts and assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly work performed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • No prior assembly experience required — we will train you.
  • Ability to learn to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
