Valmont Industries, Inc. in Bellville, Texas is seeking an entry-level Assembler to support the manufacture of concrete poles. The role focuses on pulling cable as required and following our written assembly procedures to ensure quality and safety.

You will also assist in various pole-assembly tasks, pole inspection, and post-job cleanup, contributing to efficient production and on-time delivery for customers served by our global infrastructure solutions.

This position is an individual contributor entry Assembler role that is responsible for primarily pulling the cable as needed in the assembly of concrete poles in accordance with company’s written procedures. The incumbent will also be assigned to assist in various tasks and duties in relation to the pole assembly process, pole inspection, and post-job cleanup.
