Job summary

Resource MFG in Weirton, WV is seeking Assembly / Shop Associates to join our manufacturing team. The role offers 1st and 2nd shift options with a pay range of $16.00–$18.00 per hour and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down equipment safely and efficiently.

• Remove damaged or defective materials from the production line.
• Mark and identify parts as required.
• Read and interpret gauges and production indicators.
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain consistent productivity to meet daily production goals.
• Produce high-quality work while following established procedures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and line leaders.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented assembly environment.
• Lift and move boxes of finished goods as needed.

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
