Job summary

Titanpeq in Wisconsin seeks an assembler of industrial equipment. You will read basic blueprints and assemble components, ensuring alignment and secure fittings. You may assist with related piping tasks and assemble system components as directed to meet specifications.

You will work outdoors or in a shop environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and must follow all HSE guidelines while maintaining quality and efficiency in daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must understand basic blueprints.
• Knowledge of screw pipe or socket weld pipe assembly.
• Minimum two years of industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial equipment according to specifications.
• Hang bottles, install welded pipe, and mount oil cooler.
• Install fuel filters, pumps, and set up scrubbers.
• Test air systems and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines.

Position Summary: Responsible for assembling industrial equipment.

Job Description:

• Must have knowledge of assembling screw pipe or socket weld pipe
  • Utilizes working knowledge of different types of components
  • May assist with bending tubing ¼” to 1” carbon or stainless steel
  • Understands basic blueprints
  • Must be able to hang bottles, install welded pipe, install fuel filter, mount oil cooler, make supports and braces, air test systems, set scrubbers, install pumps
  • Follow all HSE guidelines

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent preferred and/or training
• Minimum two (2) years industrial experience

Physical Strain:

• Bending, squatting, climbing, pulling, stooping, twisting, reaching, working at elevated heights
• Lifting up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 30 pounds
• Must be able to work outside in extreme temperatures or in a shop environment
