Job summary

Teledyne Reynolds, a Teledyne Defense Electronics unit, seeks a hands-on technician to join our Torrance production team. You will set up and operate production and cap winding equipment, perform mechanical and high voltage tests, and assist with development runs.

Soldering and assembly tasks support timely production schedules in a high-reliability environment. You will work under a microscope, read schematics, and handle small tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Previous soldering certification preferred
  • Ability to handle/use small tools and components (tweezers, pliers, cutters, soldering iron, ovens, crimpers, screwdrivers, wire cutters, wrenches, vises and continuity testers, oscilloscopes and electrical test equipment)
  • Working under a microscope
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent math skills (algebra)
  • Read and understand schematic diagrams, mechanical drawings, interconnect drawings
  • Ability to learn and perform mechanical, electrical and swage testing
  • Ability to lift up 50 lbs

What you’ll do

Salary Range:

$34,300.00-$45,700.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
