Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a production associate for our Wisconsin facility. You will set up cylinders, tables, and forms at shift start and promptly identify non-conforming items on the line. You will communicate machinery issues to the maintenance team and ensure daily reporting to the production lead.

A clean, safe workspace is expected throughout each shift. Successful candidates will demonstrate basic math, understand instructions, and adapt to cold storage or dry storage environments

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent on facility
• Abilityto work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
