Job summary

PowerPusher in Shakopee, MN is seeking a hands-on Assembler to join our manufacturing and production team. You will build, test, and finalize equipment designed to move heavy loads, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assembler, you'll play an important role in bringing our equipment to life.

Here's what your day might look like:

• Build It: Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and engineering drawings.

• Test It: Inspect and test equipment to make sure everything works the way it should.

• Own the Quality: Take pride in your craftsmanship by identifying issues and ensuring products meet our quality standards.

• Make It Better: Share ideas, identify improvements, and help us work smarter and more efficiently.

• Work as a Team: Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to solve problems and keep things moving.

• Finish Strong: Help prepare completed equipment for shipment, knowing you played a part in creating a quality product.

What you'll need:

• Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings.

• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.

• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.

What to Expect

This is an active, hands-on position in a manufacturing environment.

You'll spend much of your day on your feet, using tools and equipment, moving around the production area, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
