Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Read work orders and assemble and pack according to specifications.
  • Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Work with Team Leader to produce product based on the production schedule.
  • Expedite materials throughout cell as needed for production.
  • Maintain logs, records and reports concerning production, machine maintenance and product inconsistencies.
  • Maintain equipment needed to perform tasks.
  • Inventory tools, parts and supplies; contact Team Lead or Area Manager when supplies are needed.
  • Check products against standard work or training to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alert Team Lead as necessary.
  • Meet quality standards, on-time delivery, and continually improve productivity to exceed customer expectations.
