Job summary

LSI Staffing in Millsap, TX, is seeking a Back Assembler for warehousing and logistics. In this role you will be responsible for the safe assembly and maintenance of specialized equipment, with a 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm, and a starting pay of $16 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 0-2 years' experience, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability and good manual dexterity. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed.

Your Mission on the Floor

In this role, precision is everything. You will be responsible for the safe assembly and maintenance of specialized equipment:

What You Bring to the Team

• The "Toolkit": Basic mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and great manual dexterity.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle an active environment (bending, pushing, pulling, and sitting for 50%+ of your shift).
• Outdoor Ready: Comfortable working in various temperatures and navigating outdoor terrain when needed.
