Assembler
Reports To: Manufacturing Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Work Schedule: 1st shift - Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
2nd shift – Monday – Thursday: 3:00p.m. – 1:00a.m.
Overtime: Occasional approved overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and installing products in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. This role supports production operations by ensuring products meet quality standards for fit, form, and function while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Steel-toed safety shoes and approved eye protection with side shields are required when working in production areas. Hearing protection is required in posted areas in accordance with safety signage and company policy. Additional personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required based on the specific position, task, or work environment.
This position is part of a Multi-level Assembler job family. Advancement to higher levels is determined by demonstrated competencies, completion of required training, and supervisor approval, as outlined in the Assembler Skill Progression Chart.
