Texas Power Bars is hiring an Assembly & Shipping Associate to assemble, inspect, package, and ship barbells and strength equipment products.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring use of hand tools, measuring equipment, packaging materials, and shipping gear. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of physical work all day. Training will be provided for those with a strong work ethic.

Job Summary
Texas Power Bars is hiring an Assembly & Shipping Associate to assemble, inspect, package, and ship barbells and other strength-equipment products.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires the use of hand tools, measuring equipment, packaging materials, and shipping equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable performing physical work throughout the day.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and good mechanical ability.
Responsibilities
Assemble barbell shafts, sleeves, bushings, collars, and other components
Use hand tools, presses, hammers, gauges, and other assembly equipment
Follow work instructions, product specifications, and assembly procedures
Inspect finished barbells for appearance, fit, function, and overall quality
Measure components when needed to confirm proper fit
Identify damaged, incorrect, or defective parts
Package barbells and other products securely for shipment
Prepare shipping tubes, boxes, labels, and order paperwork
Verify products and quantities against customer orders
Load, move, and organize finished products and shipping materials
Assist with receiving, inventory, and production tasks when needed
Keep assembly, packaging, and shipping areas clean and organized
Report equipment problems, damaged products, or quality concerns
Follow all company safety procedures
Help the team meet daily production and shipping goals
Qualifications
Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, construction, or mechanical experience preferred
Comfortable using hand tools and basic shop equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently after training
Ability to work well with supervisors and team members
Willingness to help in different areas of the shop
Ability to safely lift and move approximately 50 pounds
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for most of the shift, bend, reach, push, pull, rotate barbells during assembly, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Schedule and Pay
Full-time weekday position. Overtime may be available depending on production and shipping needs.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
