Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation in Houston, TX seeks a hands-on Aero Equipment Technician to troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and visually inspect aerospace equipment. You will repair and modify non-conforming units and perform tests with minimal instruction, supporting multiple functions while adhering to HS&E policies.

This 12-month assignment requires familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling and reading complex drawings.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling.
• Ability to accurately use precision measuring equipment (ID/OD/depth micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Deep mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings.
• Experience working as a team member to follow detailed work routers for inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment under time constraints.
