Qualifications

  • HS diploma or GED required.
  • Strong eye-hand coordination and dexterity for handling small tools under a microscope.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical testing of sealed relays using test jigs, fixtures, and programmable equipment.
  • Follow process specifications, production routers, and safety guidelines.
  • Enter labor and timekeeping data accurately for inventory control.
  • Interpret specifications, procedures, and drawings to carry out testing instructions.
  • Cross-train within the department and support other functions as needed.
  • Communicate progress and issues clearly to supervisors and maintain documentation.
