Job summary

RB Royal Industries, Inc. in Fond du Lac, WI, is seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. You will hand assemble parts (hoses, clamps) using basic hand tools, follow procedures, load machines, and inspect parts.

This role requires reading blueprints, interpreting shop orders, and sometimes leading small assembly efforts. A willingness to learn, basic math, tape measures, calipers, and good computer skills are valued. You must be able to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

RB Royal, a family-owned and operated manufacturing company based in Fond du Lac, WI, is currently seeking Assembler's to join our team.

As a premium manufacturer of fluid transfer systems, RB Royal specializes in custom-engineered coils, tubing, and hoses designed to move water, air, oil, and fuel. Our solutions support a wide range of industries, including marine, automotive, construction, motorsports, agriculture, food processing, medical, and power generation.

HOURS

• 1st: Monday thru Thursday / 5:00am to 3:00pm
• 2nd: Monday thru Thursday / 3:00pm to 1:00am / $1.25 per hr shift premium

CORE RESPONSIBILITES

Hand assembly of parts (hose/tubes/clamps) using hand tools.

Follow procedures and work instructions.

Hand load machines already set-up and operate automated equipment.

Inspect parts and ability to make minor adjustments to program or machine.

Lead basic assembly teams.

Read blueprints and interpret shop orders.

Download and setup programs on machines.

Knowledge of computers to find the next job order, download programs, setup machine, print out shop orders/drawings, perform quality inspection of parts. Enter lot data after running each job.

Aptitude to learn and operate several machines.

SKILLS NEEDED
