Roles and Responsibilities

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 4:30PM
• Potting Department – complete various adhesive potting applications.
• Deburring Department – examine surfaces to find defects; remove defects and smooth uneven surfaces; deburr, clean, and remove sharp edges on product parts.
• Grinding Department – work with HAAS machines to grind surface imperfections; deburr, clean, and remove sharp edges on product parts.
• Collaborate with floor supervisors and leads to adhere to production schedules.
• Collaborate with quality‑control personnel to maintain the highest quality assurance.
• Train under a department lead to learn assembly functions.

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years of experience in deburring, potting, or an aerospace machining setting.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Machinist trade certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, with a minimum of ten (10) hours of overtime available weekly. Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
