We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world.****JOB SUMMARY**Responsible for safely assembling equipment by following detailed instructions from Supervisors and Group Leaders. These assemblies vary in size and product while requiring the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools. **YOUR IMPACT***These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:** Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on JLG/Jerr-Dan products using power tools and manual techniques.* Install product accessories such as decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.* Safely operate an overhead crane to position parts.* Use hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., wrenches, hammers, torque guns) with accuracy.* Measure accurately using tools like tape measures.* Drill and tap holes for wires, hoses, and small components.* Identify required options from schematics, blueprints, and Standard Work Instructions.* Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs).* Crosstrain and work in multiple assembly areas as needed.* Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.* Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards.* Keep a clean, safe work area in compliance with safety rules and 6S standards.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.* Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS*** 6+ months of experience in the manufacturing or general labor industry.**WORKING CONDITIONS** *The following represents general working conditions for this role.
