Job summary

SkyChefs, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Beverage Assembler to assemble dry goods, beverages and liquor following VPS diagrams and established procedures. You will sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods and equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications while maintaining sanitation standards.

This role requires strong math skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to push over 70 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have good attendance record.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble dry goods, beverages and liquor following procedures and diagrams (VPS).
• Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods/liquor & equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications.
• Keep production areas in sanitation compliance (HACCP, FDA, USDA, customer requirements).
• Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as shift bidding requires.

TheBeverage Assembler responsibilities include assemble dry goods, beverages andliquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to establishedprocesses (VPS). Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods/liquor &equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications. Keepproduction areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA,USDA, and customer's requirements. Assure proper management of liquorinventory and documentation. Additional responsibilities may be added asdeemed necessary. Must have a goodattendance record. Must be able to work around moving part & wetfloors. Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/ stand for entire work shift. Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changesin specification and diagrams, must have the ability to follow and understandcustomer specifications and paperwork. Must be accurate, organized, thorough and have attention todetail. Must be able to speak, readand write in English. Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment. Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changingpriorities. Must have the ability to push in excess of 70lbs and lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Must possess strong mathematicalskills. Must be flexible to work in a24/7 environment which includes nights, weekend, holidays subject to changedue to shift bidding.
