Job summary

CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is seeking a warehouse associate to pick silver stock from the ASRS and rack for PKG customer orders. You will stage orders per the run plan, verify materials for production, and coordinate with inventory and production teams to ensure timely material availability.

Safety, FDA compliance, and accuracy are essential as you support packaging operations. You may be asked to operate PKG machines and participate in cycle counts, with less than 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Understanding SOPs and WI’s required.
• GPSII, Redzone‑OEE, Agile knowledge helpful.
• Able to read production schedules and run plans.
• Experience with ASRS systems and inventory software is desirable.
• Strong communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Pick silver stock from the ASRS and rack it to fulfill PKG customer orders.
• Retrieve and verify materials for scheduled orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Sort and stage orders on PKG machines per the Tableau run plan.
• Coordinate with inventory control, production and scheduler for timely material availability.
• Maintain safety and quality standards including FDA regulations and SOPs/WIs.
• Assist with cycle counting and material availability checks.
• Support continuous improvement in material flow and efficiency.
• Occasionally run PKG machines to support production as needed.
