Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System in Savannah, GA is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Technician to monitor internal inventory, sequence seats per HMGMA broadcasts, and support ASRS and platform movements to keep production on schedule.

The role requires 1+ year in inventory management, experience with SAP and MES, strong computer skills, and the ability to troubleshoot conveyors. You will ensure 5-S, safety policies, and accurate shipment documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in inventory management or related field in automotive manufacturing
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn ASRS programs
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the shipping and receiving of logistical functions by monitoring internal inventory
• Ship out sequenced seats to HMGMA according to required sequencing
• Coordinate flow of work and materials through ASRS and platform movements
• Assist in shipment schedules and provide progress reports
• Verify contents against records and prepare shipping documents
• Maintain 5-S and safety practices in the warehouse
