Job summary

Domino's Memphis is seeking an Assistant Manager (1476) to help run daily store operations and lead a team for excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, provide feedback and coaching.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to development and implementation of strategies to improve store performance and achieve goals.
Perform administrative tasks and inventory management.
Act as acting General Manager in GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
