Responsibilities

Create, modify, and test code, forms, and scripts for computer applications.
Work from specifications provided by software developers or team members.
Assist developers by analyzing user needs and reviewing software solutions.
Support administrative project tasks.
Help identify process improvements for the project.
Assist with software update releases.
Automate test cases using various test automation tools.
Collaborate with support and implementation teams to investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
