ARCCO Enterprises operates SmartStyle salons and is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader in Cottonwood, AZ. You will be a working stylist and support the Salon Leader, ensuring smooth operations, coaching staff, and delivering guest experiences.

You will train team members, manage scheduling, and maintain salon standards while performing client services in the Brooks area. The role requires evening/weekend availability and Arizona license.

Qualifications

• Arizona cosmetology or barber license required
• 2+ years of full-time salon experience required
• Availability for evenings and weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide cuts, color, and other services as a working stylist
• Lead the salon when the Salon Leader is out
• Open and close the salon, including the point-of-sale system
• Help train and coach stylists
• Support the Salon Leader with scheduling, inventory, and salon standards
