Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide quality guest service and engagement to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Establish trust and open communication across the team.
• Plan, organize and complete daily operations and paperwork.
• Supervise opening/closing duties as directed by GM.
• Support the General Manager's goals and directives.
• Follow POS/cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest questions or complaints in a timely manner with management involvement.
• Delegate shift tasks and drive results.
