Heartland-Aba-1 in Missouri is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes and community settings.

You will implement individualized skill-building programs, collect session data, and work closely with a clinical team to support families. No certifications yet? We provide training to earn the RBT credential and ongoing support; this is a part-time role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
