Qualifications

• Organized and reliable with an approachable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptable coaching methods to different exercise experience levels.
• Must be able to quickly determine program changes to keep members engaged regardless of experience or fitness level.
• Must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs and stand or sit for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for, complete, and successfully pass the initial Gold's Gym certification.
• Complete the onboarding program and follow provided training protocols.
• Shadow experienced trainers to learn effective training techniques.
• Assist in member engagement and conduct fitness assessments.
• Actively seek feedback to improve training skills and member interactions.
• Obtain a nationally accredited personal trainer certification within 6 months of hire.
