Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. You will lead a team, drive efficiency, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales while ensuring quality and safety.

Requirements include 2+ years in retail or travel-stop management, 2+ years handling budgets/P&L, supervising 5-10+ employees, and strong communication with a customer-focused mindset. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel-stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss statements, and adjust to capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition.
