Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a junior to mid-level software developer to join the Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) team, applying AI/ML fundamentals and expanding automation in the MLOps ecosystem.

Based in San Antonio, TX, this on-site role requires an interim Secret Clearance and US citizenship. You will work with Go, Python, JavaScript, Vue.js, containers, and APIs to scale model training and data workflows.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with GO, Python, Javascript, and Vue.js.
• Understanding of data storage and retrieval utilizing databases, S3 storage containers and/or VAST storage environments.
• AI/ML Knowledge: Entry/Foundational knowledge of ML concepts, intelligent automation capabilities, and the ML model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
• Understanding on the utilization of CPU and GPU for Machine Learning and Model Training
• Experience with integrating both commercial and internally developed toolsets using SDKs and APIs

Responsibilities

• Expand and enhance automation capabilities within the MLOPS ecosystem.
• Automate model training processes to allow efficient repeatability.
• Design architecture to scale data sources and model output.
• Inject configuration management of the data sources and model output
