Responsibilities

• Assist in the oversight of daily operations to ensure the facility is well-maintained and adequately staffed.
• Contribute ideas and assist in implementing strategies to boost revenue and profitability, such as promoting memberships or events.
• Engage with members to build relationships, address concerns, and enhance satisfaction under GM guidance.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and management of staff.
• Collaborate with management to track KPIs and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on fitness industry trends and share insights with management.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
