Carney, Sandoe & Associates in the Greenwich, CT area is seeking Elementary Associate Teachers for the 2027-2028 school year. The Associate Teacher role is a 1-3 year program pairing aspiring educators with an experienced mentor.

The position offers hands-on training, responsibility, and frequent collaboration with lead teachers while pursuing meaningful classroom experiences and professional growth across independent schools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related required.
• Aspiring educator with a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated interest in teaching and/or working with young people.
• Previous experience with children helpful (camp counseling, TA, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with other teachers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No credential or certification is needed, just passion for education.
