Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision Estimator/Service Advisor to greet customers, map vehicle damage, prepare and finalize estimates, and coordinate with the production team. You will upload photos and notes, verify estimates, and set promise dates to keep customers informed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and I-CAR units or related training. Strong communication, computer literacy, and good judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft products preferred.
• Good decision-making ability and sound judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer at repair drop off and build rapport.
• Map damage with customer and identify opportunities.
• Finalize estimate using Repair Planning Template.
• Upload photos and notes to CCC One with arrival time.
• Notify production and manage repair queue and promise date.
• Review and adjust estimates with technicians as needed.
• Assist insurance adjusters and claim re-inspectors.
