Job summary

Training Wheels ABA in South Austin, TX is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT) to support ABA program implementation under the supervision of a BCBA. The BAT will work directly with clients in clinic-based and in-home settings, ensuring data is collected and documentation is accurate.

The BAT assists with clinical documentation and operational support while not independently designing interventions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or has completed, BCBA eligibility coursework.
• Minimum experience working with children or relevant behavioral/clinical experience.
• Preferred involvement with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Support ABA programming during sessions, ensuring programs are implemented accurately.
• Deliver direct 1:1 and small-group services under supervision.
• Collect, record, and maintain reliable data in clinic systems and submit on time.
• Assist with treatment fidelity by monitoring session implementation and communicating needs to the BCBA.
• Draft behavioral documentation components following clinic templates and BCBA standards.
• Participate in supervision meetings and respond to coaching and training tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Support client transitions, clinic routines, and safety procedures.
