AMIConstruction,Inc. seeks a highly motivated Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving division. The role requires 2–3 years of asphalt paving experience and the ability to operate Wacker, CAT, or similar rollers, with Paver/Skid Steer as a plus.

A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are essential. The successful candidate will work with a collaborative crew, focus on safety, quality control, and timely project completion on DOT and local projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of asphalt paving experience.
• Ability to operate Wacker, CAT, or similar asphalt rollers.
• Operating a Paver or Skid Steer is a significant plus.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt roller precisely to achieve high-quality paving per DOT, local, and commercial specs.
• Monitor asphalt temperatures and vibration usage for proper breakdown and finish rolling of asphalt.
• Work alongside crewmembers and assist in all capacities of applications.
• Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
• Report issues, material needs, and progress to supervisors.
• Perform other assigned duties.
