Kokosing Materials, Inc. (KMI) seeks a skilled Plant Equipment Technician to inspect, clean, and repair mechanical systems at our asphalt facilities across Ohio.

The role emphasizes safe operation and adherence to environmental standards while supporting continuous plant performance. The ideal candidate has knowledge of asphalt plant processes, can operate or assist with track excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, and forklifts, and is comfortable traveling to various sites.

• Must show initiative and ability to assist with other tasks to complete jobs.
• Willing to work day or night shifts, including weekends.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspecting, cleaning, and performing repairs on mechanical equipment related to the Asphalt Plant.
• Knowledge of operating track excavators, back hoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other pieces of equipment a strong plus.
