Job Description

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in Heavy Highway Construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Perform a range of general labor duties on a Road Construction project or production crew, including shoveling, raking, traffic control, moving materials, setting forms, stripping and cleaning concrete forms, pouring concrete, shoveling, vibrating, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
2. Experience working around asphalt and operating related equipment is beneficial.

Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 pounds, walk, stoop, squat, sit, kneel, and pass a physical examination.
• Knowledge of basic tools, their uses, and basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Prior construction experience is preferred.
• Maintain reliable attendance, adhere to company standards, and maintain a positive attitude.
