Pramira is seeking an Asphalt Laborer in Palmdale, CA to join the outside plant division. You will assist with asphalt application, pavement maintenance, and related tasks under the Construction Foreman, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Experience in general construction or roadwork is a plus.
• Willingness to learn asphalt application methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare work areas to prevent hazards.
• Assist with asphalt, pavement maintenance, and roadwork activities.
• Prepare, spread, and finish asphalt and pavement materials.
• Operate basic hand and power tools used in asphalt work.
• Support with equipment setup, loading, and transport to sites.
• Maintain tools and report damaged equipment.
• Help with traffic control and maintaining safe work zones.
