Position Summary

This is a full‑time, union position for an Asphalt Foreman to oversee paving projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, located in the area of Stow, Ohio.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead asphalt paving crew
• Ensure paving work is completed safely, efficiently, and above the required quality standards
• Ability to perform asphalt work in accordance with applicable ODOT and county specifications
• Complete jobs on time and within budget
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt paving work
• Working knowledge of construction equipment
• Ability to calculate material volume and basic areas of measurement
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor hours worked
• Enforce safety policies and ensure that all crew members comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites
