BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level associate to join its Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice in Aspen, Colorado. The successful candidate will work on high-stakes litigation involving critical mineral and energy projects, collaborating with experienced partners and engaging with federal and state agencies.

Candidates should have 3–7 years of environmental law or general litigation experience, a JD, and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Interest in mining and water rights.
• Administrative litigation and regulatory experience preferred.
